Titanium Flange Description

Energy-ti provides all kinds of Titanium flanges that are compliant with ASME B16.5 and ASTM B381 specifications. The Titanium blind flange is used in many industries to block one section of a pipe. This type of flange is available in various grades and alloys and is ideal for applications requiring high strength-to-weight ratio. The Titanium blind flanges manufactured by us are made of C.P. Titanium grade 2 and alloy titanium grade 5 are highly resistant to acids. The grade 2 flanges are suitable for applications that require high ductility and excellent weldability. The grade 5 flanges are also suitable for chlorides media.

The most common application of a Titanium blind flange is the sealing of Schedule 40 or 80 pipelines, air, water, natural gas and steam applications. Energy-Ti carries a wide range of Grade 2 and Grade 5 titanium blind flanges for Titanium pipe and tube. Dimensional tolerances conform to ASME B16.5, other special size and pressure ratings can be supplied. The types of Titanium flanges offered by us also include Titanium slip-on flange, weld neck flange, and lap joint flange.
