Titanium Screws

We are one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers of orthopedic locking bolts, including bone screws that are extensively used for the purpose of bone fixation procedures. These are made of metal alloys in compliance with ASTM F467 and ASTM A468.

Bone screws are the most common implant components for bone repair and fixation devices. Generally, they are used with other hardware devices, particularly plates, to fixate the associated device to the bone and they may be the only hardware used in reparative or reconstruction surgery, that can be rigidly locked into a variety of different configurations to suit the conditions of the patient.

Screws used in surgical operations are often made of titanium or special stainless steel bar (diameter commonly 4 – 12 mm) to offer durability and safety. They usually have to be removed after a while or replaced by new ones. The bio-alloy material can be a bone screw, pedicle screw, dental screw and so on.
