A moldagem por inje\u00e7\u00e3o de metal (MIM) de tit\u00e2nio e p\u00f3 de liga de tit\u00e2nio pode atingir o fabrico em massa e a baixo custo de produtos de forma complexa de pequena e m\u00e9dia dimens\u00e3o, tendo sido amplamente utilizada em pe\u00e7as de avia\u00e7\u00e3o e implantes m\u00e9dicos. O desenvolvimento da impress\u00e3o 3D imp\u00f4s requisitos mais elevados ao p\u00f3 de liga de tit\u00e2nio, a sua pureza, esfericidade, tamanho das part\u00edculas, gama de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, teor de oxig\u00e9nio, fluidez e densidade de carga solta influenciar\u00e3o o efeito de moldagem. O processo de moldagem utilizado para a impress\u00e3o 3D de tit\u00e2nio \u00e9 principalmente EBM (fus\u00e3o por feixe de electr\u00f5es) e SLM (fus\u00e3o selectiva a laser).
